Here are some projects and tips to save money on decorating your space!  From Old to New: Staining Old Furniture   💙 Image Staining furniture allows you to choose the color of your furniture for a cheaper price than buying them. To save money you can buy old furniture at yard sales or look through relatives’ garages for old furniture that they would give away. A new coffee table costs around $150-250, for $30-$50 in supplies you can have a brand new piece of furniture by staining it! How To Stain:  Once you find a piece of furniture, you will need to sand the previous polyurethane away from the piece. There are different grits to choose from for sandpaper and, for this project, you will need 120 grit sandpaper.
